He Graduate from Masaryk University in 1998. He has taken specialization courses in Political Sciences and Local Law. He has worked in the fields of Administrative Law, with a special emphasis on Local Law, in areas of Civil (Contracts) Law, Family and Inheritance Law.
He joined P.M Angell & Associates's well established and competent structures in 2004 as freelancer and as partner in 2007.
